We are now able to produce 2 ply mailers with a strong corrugated inner, the actual base of these mailing bags can also be shelf-shaped to help form a bottom gusset. The bags are manufactured with one permanent adhesive strip and are ideal for products that need extra protection.
These new style mailing bags are a cost effective alternative to jiffy bags, small boxes and rigid cardboard envelopes. They are made from a completely plastic free construction and incorporate B flute corrugate cushioning in their design. They are performance verified through robust drop testing and can increase delivery capacity by up to 40% compared to traditional boxes.
These new mailing bags are made using sustainably sourced FSC-certified material and are able to be recycled without having to separate materials, they are also fully compostable and biodegradable.
The new style padded mailing bags come in 4 sizes that are made to fit all Royal Mail specifications and can be branded in your design, MOQ’s for a printed version start at 25,000 or plain bags can be supplied in quantities as low as 500 per size.
