By using a lightweight LDPE mailing bag, businesses are able to keep mailing costs to a minimum. These ever popular mailing bag types are 100% recyclable and can now be extruded in eco-friendly films that can contain up to 100% recycled content. The bags can be extruded in heavy duty co-extruded film grades to add that extra strength (ie courier bags types). They can be made in any size and printed with any design, water based inks can now also add the their green credentials.

We’ve tested them extensively, and they can withstand a huge amount of rough handling, as well as being water resistant.
Our mailing bags can be made in sizes that suit Royal Mail Pricing in Proportion (PiP) sizes. The self-adhesive seal is strong permanent adhesive so when it has been peeled, sealed (and settled), the bag is permanently closed, making it easy to identify if the mail bag has been tampered with. A double adhesive strip can also be applied which means the bags can be used for returns.
Compostable film grades are also now available.
