Also known as crimp bottom bags, confectionery bags are manufactured from oriented polypropylene which is a thin plastic film material. This type of packaging is also available as printed confectionery bags with up to 8 spot colours or process print.

Material

Our confectionary bags are manufactured from oriented polypropylene (OOP) which is a thin plastic film material. This means Elliott Packaging can produce this product in a range of thicknesses. We can add a laminate layer to this style of packaging to improve barrier properties.

Print

OOP crimp bags material is clear as a standard order. However, these bags can be printed 8 spot colours or 4 colour process. Printed confectionary bags are also available in a matte or glossy finish and are also eligible for printing with an added hot foil print.
