How long will my quote take?
Once we receive all the relevant information we aim to get your quotation back to you on the same day.
What information do you need to be able to quote me?
We will be able to provide a quotation quickly if we have the following information:
- The bag type, size and material kind (if known) of the bag required.
- Print details (a copy of the artwork is always a big help).
- Quantity.
- Delivery post code.
- Also helps to know what will be packed inside the bags.
- An image of the type of bag you are wanting will also help to speed things up.
- Do you need your order by a specific date.
Can I use my own design?
You can use your own design, however, if you need some assistance with this we do offer design services.
What happens when I place my first order?
Before we process your first order we carry out the origination process, here’s what to expect:
- If required we can send you samples (FOC) of previously manufactured bags close to your required specification.
- Once you are happy with the sample we will generate a proof/PDF (if printed) for your approval. The colours/pantone numbers will be included on the proof.
What type of bags are available?
We are able to manufacture almost any type of paper or polythene bag (in any size, within reason)!

What is your minimum order quantity?
This varies depending on which type of bag you are wanting, this information can be found in our products section here
Do I have to pay for printing plates?
If you are wanting a new design printing there is a one off origination charge (when you come to re-order this charge would not be applicable).
Delivery and Shipping
We currently ship to every continent so are able to deliver to anywhere in the world. The delivery time is dependent on the bag type and quantity so this information will be given at the quotation stage.
Can you split an order and ship to different destinations?
Yes, we would be more than happy to do this but would need this information at the enquiry stage. about your business, build trust with potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.
How do freight deliveries work?
We use 3rd party freight companies who deliver between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, if you have any special requirements please let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to help.
